This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It does not ask you to create an account.

If you use our contact form, email or call us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to respond to you and to discuss potential work. We do not sell it.

To keep out automated spam, the contact form runs a bot-protection check that may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service; the website itself does not store them. Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.

We keep business correspondence only as long as needed to respond, carry out our work and meet legal or contract requirements. To ask about or delete information you sent us, email customerservice@captifiy.com.

Client source code and project materials are never collected through this website. They are handled only under a separate written agreement.
